Job Description
- Make outbound calls to generated leads
- Introduce the program clearly and confidently
- Qualify leads based on interest and need
- Schedule calls or sessions with counselors
- Maintain accurate follow-up records
Essential Skills & Qualification
- Clear and confident communication
- Basic sales and conversation skills
- Ability to handle objections at initial level
- Consistency and discipline in follow-ups
